  • Tier-2 escalation queue + after-hours coverage
  • Project capacity, runbook authoring, second set of eyes on architecture
  • Quarterly posture review, retained on a 90-day rolling basis
  • Internal tooling (RMM, ticketing) supplied or yours

Office buildouts, M&A diligence rooms, DMS/PM migrations, DR cutovers, ransomware recovery, hardware refreshes.

  • Quoted in writing before kickoff; no change-order surprises
  • We ship by the date. If we miss, we eat the overrun.
  • Available to managed and co-managed clients first; non-clients on a case basis
