Terms of
service.

These terms govern engagements with High Trust IT, LLC. They’re a starting point — every engagement gets its own MSA and SOW.

By engaging High Trust IT, LLC (“we”, “us”) you agree to the terms below. Where these terms conflict with a signed master services agreement, the MSA controls.

Scope

Each engagement is described in a written statement of work. Work outside the SOW is billed only after a written change order signed by both parties.

Fees and overruns

Managed services are billed monthly in advance, per active user. Projects are quoted as fixed fees. If we run over the fixed fee, we eat the overrun unless the overrun is directly attributable to client-supplied scope changes documented in writing.

Termination

Either party may terminate a managed-services engagement on thirty days’ written notice. We deliver a written exit packet — environment documentation, credential handover, and a transition plan — at no charge.

Liability

Our aggregate liability for any engagement is capped at the fees paid in the preceding twelve months. We carry $5M in cyber liability insurance via Beazley and will provide a certificate on request.
